SUNDAY MARCH 12

We started our last day in town with some FRESHNESS BAGAAAAAAA!!!

Our last attraction in Japan was the beautiful Osakajo Park, home to Osaka Castle and the Plum Garden,
which was in full-on bloom mode.

Lovely scenery all the way around the park.

A shrine of sorts.

And we finally got a proper view of the castle!

And an even better one!

Inside Osaka Castle, Jim paid ¥300 for a chance to wear this Japanese warrior get-up, wield a sword,
and completely cement his position as the most dominant force in Japan.

But this little kid wasn't scared to fight him!

Let's go see the plum garden.

Yes.

Plenty of great photo opportunities.

This trip was absolutely amazing. Chikara went out of his way to be the best host possible and showed us
sights we'd never think to see, food we wouldn't have known how to order, drove us around Osaka, guided
us through the transit system, found our hotel, helped us communicate with the locals, and became a new
friend for life with our crew. Erin and Zach also deserve my thanks for finding our hotel in Tokyo, taking us out
to eat, giving us the crash course on starting your life in Japan, and and being great overall friends and hosts.

ARIGATO GOZAIMASU!!!
