THURSDAY MARCH 9

We got early morning "Ohayo gozaimasu!" calls and took some trains over to Tsukiji to see their famous fish market.

After risking life and limb dodging and endless assault of forklifts, we finally found the market and were blown
away by the array of aquatic delicacies - eels, octopus, squid, huuuuuge chunks of tuna, basketball-sized crabs
and more.

Next to the market was a row of small restaurant counters, so we grabbed some breakfast.
Here, a couple of guys prepare bowls of soup. This was the one dish they made and they made it damn well.
In fact, this might have been the best meal I had on the whole trip.

Look at that.

Let's Tokyo!

Crazy kicks for sale in Shibuya. You can see Todd's dunks again on the left.

Erika, I took this picture for you and you only.

SHRIMP BAGAAAAAAAAA!!!

Yakitori dinner. Lots of grilled items on sticks - just how I like them.

More yakitori.
